I primarily work with painting and video art, and most of my works' theme is my mother's image. She represents a dominant, precious, and holy character to me. My paintings are usually based on photographs I took. My work process is applying multiple layers of colors, with the most prominent color being yellow. I see the color yellow as a clean and pure color that I have been associated with since a young age. I feel that it is not only a color but also a reflection of me. My work is inspired by my mother's personal experiences that inspired me and made me who I am today.
